How to Dish

At every restaurant, there is one dish that really stands out. “If I could order just ONE DISH from this restaurant,” you chortle gleefully, “this is it!” Now it’s time to let the secret out.  🙂  Select a category from the right. Then add your comment. Include:

1) the name of the restaurant
2) the location (and/or Web address)
3) the ONE dish you’d order if you could only have one (and why)

It’s important to include all of this information. As entries are added, it will make it easier for others to find your reviews—so be sure to include as many details as possible—meat, bones, gristle, n’ all!
